Her professional foundation extends further. Danesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University, is an ABA-approved paralegal, a commissioned notary, and has successfully completed the Illinois pre-licensing instructor course—enhancing her ability to train, mentor, and elevate others within the industry.

Inspired by her father’s success as a business owner, Danesha built her brokerage on the principles of transparency, empowerment, and excellence. She believes that real estate has no ceilings—offering limitless opportunity, freedom, and personal growth. Today, her greatest motivation is her child, who fuels her vision, drive, and dedication to building a lasting legacy.

Community involvement remains central to Danesha’s mission. Each year, she and her team volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, preparing meals for families in need. She is also the Founder of Grace Place Maternity Home, an organization supporting young mothers as they work toward strong, stable futures.

Outside of real estate, Danesha finds joy in music—especially jazz—which inspires her creativity, focus, and appreciation for rhythm and excellence in both life and business.
