After becoming a licensed Realtor in 2012 and owning Sinclair Brokerage from 2016 to 2024, our founder Danesha West created D. West & Associates to bring a fresh, modern, and education-driven approach to the industry and launched a company rooted in integrity, education, and a renewed mission.

Located in the heart of downtown Downers Grove—just steps north of the Metra—we’re more than a real estate firm. We’re advocates, guides, and teachers.
